About FCIS
Florida Construction and Inspection Services, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes across Pinellas County since 2012.
Built on Experience. Driven by Craftsmanship.
Florida Construction and Inspection Services, Inc. was founded by Shane Wheeler, a Certified General Contractor who has been licensed in the state of Florida since 2004. After years of working across the industry, Shane established FCIS in Seminole, FL to bring a higher standard of quality and accountability to residential remodeling in Pinellas County.
What sets FCIS apart is simple: Shane personally manages every project from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. There are no project managers standing between you and the contractor — you work directly with the person holding the license and doing the work.
Over the past 12+ years serving Pinellas County, FCIS has completed kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, and full home renovations across the region. Every project is treated with the same level of care, regardless of size.
